NEW STROLLER POLICY!!

We will only be allowing Umbrella Strollers or baby carriers.  No strollers with storage underneath.  All strollers and bags are subject to search upon exiting the sale.

Please note that there is a flight of stairs down to enter the church hall. Strollers may be difficult. Please also beware that the entrance to the church parking lot from Rte. 138 is a one way.  The Hall Entrance will be in the back of the Church and will be marked.


November 2019 Sale Info

Registration Opens ~

Wednesday, September 25th at 9am – Returning consignor who commits to 3 work shifts

Thursday, September 26th at 9am – Returning consignor who commits to at least 2 work shifts

Friday, September 27th at 9am – Returning consignor who commits to at least 1 work shift

Saturday, September 28th at 9am – Returning consignor with no work shifts required

Sunday, September 29th at 9am – Open to the Public


$15.00 non-refundable/non-transferable registration fee due at sign up

(Register before October 1st, 2019 and receive discount registration fee of $12.00)

We will be limiting the number of consignors for this sale in order to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for everyone! 


Fall/Winter Event - no summer weight fabrics, prints. No shorts, swimsuits, sundresses, etc. Short-sleeved golf and dress shirts for boys and camis/tanks designed to wear under other garments for girls are accepted. Short Sleeve tees pairs with long pants are okay if they are for fall/winter. Clothes your child would wear September-March.

Entry Deadline ~ Tuesday October 29th ~ @ noon

After this point you will not be able to change/add inventory, but you will still be able to print tags.  Please plan accordingly.


Team Member Shifts Open
 ~ Wednesday September 25th, 2019 @ 9am


Hall Set Up ~ Monday November 4th, 2019 ~ 9:00am to 3:00pm

Volunteer shifts will be available for set up.


Drop off appointments
 ~ Tuesday November 5th, 2019, 10am -8pm, Wednesday, November 6th ~ 10am to 3pm, Thursday November 7th ~ 10am to noon

*** All items must be dropped off pre-sorted by gender and by size, if they are not sorted at drop off you will be asked to come back at another time!!***

You will use the entrance on the right side of the church (by the dumpsters).  


Team Member Pre-Sale ~ Thursday November 7th, 2019 ~ 5pm-9pm

This Pre-Sale is for Team Member Only (and their guest)! You must have a VIP Pre-Sale pass to enter and your name will be on a team member list.


Consignor Pre-Sale ~ Thursday November 7th, 2019 ~ 6pm-9pm

This Pre-Sale is for Consignors Only (and their guest)! You must have a VIP Pre-Sale pass to enter and your name will be on a Consignor list.


VIP Pre-Sale ~ Thursday November 7th, 2019 ~ 7pm -9pm

You must a VIP Pre-Sale pass to enter, New Mom Pre-Sale Pass (from registration online) or a paid VIP Pre-Sale pass receipt.


Public Sale ~ Friday November 8th, 2019 ~ 9am to 9pm, Saturday November 9th, 2019 ~ 9am to 5pm (1/2 off sale starts at 1pm), Sunday November 10th, 2019 ~ Noon-3pm (1/2 off sale)

We will close the sales floor at 12:30 on Saturday in order to prepare for the half off sale.  At 1pm all items marked for discount will be 50% off. No items will be allowed to be put on hold after 12pm.


Clean up/Sort ~ Sunday November 10th, 2019 ~ 3pm to 9pm


Item pick up ~ Sunday November 10th, 2019 ~ 9pm to 10pm

Your "Unsold Item Report" will be available on your account prior to pick up. It will be your responsibility to print it prior to pick up to bring with you.  Items must be checked before leaving the building.

Consignors not donating items must pick up items Any item left after 10pm will be donated & a $25 fee will be assessed to your account (if you will not be picking up your items at the end of the event and they are not marked for donation)
