Please note that there is a flight of stairs down to enter the church hall. . Please also beware that the entrance to the church parking lot from Rte. 138 is a one way. The Hall Entrance will be in the back of the Church and will be marked.

Item Entry Deadline ~ Tuesday October 27th, 2020 @ noon
After this point you will not be able to change/add inventory, but you will still be able to print tags. Please plan accordingly.

Hall Set Up ~ Sunday November 1st ~2:30 pm to 7:00pm
Drop off appointments ~ Monday November 2nd, 2020 9:30am -6pm and Tuesday November 3rd, 2020 ~ 11am to 8pm,
*** All items must be dropped off pre-sorted by gender and by size, if they are not sorted at drop off you will be asked to come back at another time!!***
You will use the entrance on the right side of the church (by the dumpsters).

Public Sale ~ Thursday November 5th, 2020 ~ 9:30am to 9pm, Friday November 6th, 2020 ~ 9:30am to 9pm.

Clean up/Sort ~ Sunday November 8th, 2020 ~ 11:30am to 8pm
Item pick up ~ Sunday November 8th, 2020 ~ 8pm to 9pm
Your "Unsold Item Report" will be available on your account prior to pick up. It will be your responsibility to print it prior to pick up to bring with you. Items must be checked before leaving the building.
Consignors not donating items must pick up items Any item left after 10pm will be donated & a $25 fee will be assessed to your account (if you will not be picking up your items at the end of the event and they are not marked for donation)
PayPal Payments will be made within 30 day of the close of this sale.
