Saturday November 4th ~ 8am to 6pm (close from 2:30 to 3pm)

Sunday November 5th ~ Noon to 3pm

  

Half off Sale Hours:  Sat., 11/4 3pm-6pm & Sun., 11/5 noon-3pm, All items marked “Yes” for discount will be half off!


Please note that there is a flight of stairs down to enter the church hall. Strollers may be difficult. Please also beware that the entrance to the church parking lot from Rte 138 is a one way.  The Hall Entrance will be in the back of the Church and will be marked.

Registration Opens to Public ~ Wednesday October 4th  @ 9am (Returning Consignors Monday October 2nd at 9am). 

$10.00 non-refundable/non-transferable registration fee due at sign up.


We will be limiting the number of consignors for this sale in order to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for everyone! 


We will be accepting Fall and Winter Clothing- long sleeve shirts, long pants and jackets,& all other items on the “Okay to Consign list”.

Entry Deadline ~ Monday October 30th ~ @ noon


After this point you will not be able to change/add inventory but you will still be able to print tags.  Please plan accordingly.


Hall Set Up ~ Monday October 30th ~ 9:00am to 3:00pm & Tuesday October 31st ~ 9:00am to noon


Volunteer shifts will be available for set up

Drop off appointments ~ Wednesday November 1st~ 10am to 8pm, Thursday November 2nd ~ 10am to noon  & Friday September 22nd ~ 9am to 11am (restocking if needed)


*** All items must be dropped off pre-sorted by gender and by size, if they are not sorted at drop off you will be asked to come back at another time!!***


You will use the entrance on the right side of the church (by the dumpsters).  I will have a sign marking the entrance!


Volunteer Pre-Sale ~ Thursday November 2nd ~ 5pm-6pm


This Pre-Sale is for Volunteers Only (and their guest)!


Reminder: We will only be allowing Umbrella Strollers during this time or baby carriers.  No strollers with storage underneath.  All strollers and bags are subject to search upon exiting the sale.


VIP Pre-Sale ~ Thursday November 2nd  ~ 6pm -8pm


You must a VIP-Pre Sale pass to enter


Reminder: We will only be allowing Umbrella Strollers during this time or baby carriers.  No strollers with storage underneath.  All strollers and bags are subject to search upon exiting the sale.


Public Sale ~ Friday November 3rd ~ 11am to 8pm, Saturday November 4th ~ 8am to 6pm (1/2 off sale starts at 3pm), Sunday November 5th ~ Noon-3pm (1/2 off sale)


We will close the sales floor at 2:30 on Saturday in order to prepare for the half off sale.  At 3pm all items marked for discount will be 50% off. No items will be allowed to be put on hold after 2pm.

Clean up/Sort ~ Sunday November 5th ~ 3pm to 9pm


Item pick up ~ Sunday November 5th ~ 9pm to 10pm


Your "Unsold Item Report" will be available on your account prior to pick up. It will be your responsibility to print it prior to pick up to bring with you.  Items must be checked before leaving the building


Consignors not donating items must pick up items Any item left after 10pm will be donated & a $10 fee will be assessed to your account (if you will not be picking up your items at the end of the event and they are not marked for donation you must call me before pick up to let me know.)
