Saturday March 10th ~ 8am to 5pm (close from 2:30 to 3pm)

Sunday March 11th ~ Noon to 3pm

Half off Sale Hours: Sat., 3/10 3pm-5pm & Sun., 3/11 noon-3pm, All items marked “Yes” for discount will be half off!


Please note that there is a flight of stairs down to enter the church hall. Strollers may be difficult. Please also beware that the entrance to the church parking lot from Rte 138 is a one way. The Hall Entrance will be in the back of the Church and will be marked.

Registration Opens to Public ~ Wednesday December 27, 2017 @ 9 am (Returning Consignors Tuesday December 26th at 9am). $8.00 non-refundable/non-transferable registration fee due at sign up (Fee goes up to $10.00 on January 1st 2018).

We will be limiting the number of consignors for this sale in order to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for everyone! 

We will be accepting Spring & Summer Clothing- Short sleeve shirts, Shorts, Swim Suits and light Jackets, & all other items on the “Okay to Consign list”.

Entry Deadline ~ Monday March 5th ~ @ noon

After this point you will not be able to change/add inventory but you will still be able to print tags. Please plan accordingly.

Hall Set Up ~ Monday March 5th ~ 10:00am to 4:00pm & Tuesday March 6th ~ 9:00am to noon

Volunteer shifts will be available for set up.

Drop off appointments ~ Tuesday March 6th 9am -3pm, Wednesday March 7th ~ 10am to 8pm, Thursday March 8th ~ 10am to noon & Friday March 9th ~ 9am to 10am (restocking if needed)

*** All items must be dropped off pre-sorted by gender and by size, if they are not sorted at drop off you will be asked to come back at another time!!***

You will use the entrance on the right side of the church (by the dumpsters). I will have a sign marking the entrance!

Volunteer Pre-Sale ~ Thursday March 8th ~ 5pm-6pm

This Pre-Sale is for Volunteers Only (and their guest)!

Reminder: We will only be allowing Umbrella Strollers during this time or baby carriers. No strollers with storage underneath. All strollers and bags are subject to search upon exiting the sale.

VIP Pre-Sale ~ Thursday March 8th ~ 6pm -8pm

You must a VIP-Pre Sale pass to enter

Public Sale ~ Friday March 9th ~ 10am to 8pm, Saturday March 20th ~ 8am to 5pm (1/2 off sale starts at 3pm), Sunday March 11th ~ Noon-3pm (1/2 off sale)

We will close the sales floor at 2:30 on Saturday in order to prepare for the half off sale.  At 3pm all items marked for discount will be 50% off. No items will be allowed to be put on hold after 2pm.

Clean up/Sort ~ Sunday March 11th ~ 3pm to 9pm

Item pick up ~ Sunday March 11th ~ 9pm to 10pm

Your "Unsold Item Report" will be available on your account prior to pick up. It will be your responsibility to print it prior to pick up to bring with you.  Items must be checked before leaving the building

Consignors not donating items must pick up items Any item left after 10pm will be donated & a $10 fee will be assessed to your account (if you will not be picking up your items at the end of the event and they are not marked for donation you must call me before pick up to let me know.)
